The school is in the process of attempting to raise more money for the Financial Assistance Fund. These funds will be used to help bless families by making it possible for them to provide their children with a quality education that honors Jesus. Donations to the fund are encouraged and greatly appreciated. All donations to this fund are tax deductible and may be made directly to the school. If specified for the Financial Assistance Fund, one hundred percent of the donations given will be used to help students and families with the costs associated with attending HCMS.

In order to apply to the Financial Assistance Fund, the family of the enrolled student must complete the financial aid packet. Once the packet is completed and turned into the school, the request is taken to the School Advisory Board on an anonymous basis. The School Advisory Board then makes a decision based on the information given and the amount of money available for distribution. The amount in the fund varies from year to year and from month to month.
